Legal information
These terms apply to all bookings of accommodation and services at the Maison du Collectionneur, 19 rue Roux-Alphéran, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, operated by MONDOR INVESTISSEMENTS, a SARL with share capital of 500 euros, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 490 736 022. Any booking implies their acceptance. This English translation is provided for information only; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Bookings are made online through our booking engine, by email or by phone. They are confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation sent by email. Rooms are allocated by category (Deluxe, Deluxe Garden, The Loft): a booking relates to a category, not to a specific room. Only the category booked is guaranteed; the room is assigned by the establishment on arrival from among those in that category, taking particular requests into account as far as possible, without these being guaranteed. The photographs shown on the website illustrate the category and are not contractually binding as to the room assigned.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding the tourist tax. The tourist tax, set by the local authority, is payable per adult per night and is added to the price of the stay. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of booking.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Depending on the rate chosen, full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking; these terms are specified before confirmation. The balance is payable at the latest on departure.
Bookings made directly (website, email, phone): free cancellation or change up to 4 days before the arrival date.
Bookings made through an agency or a platform: free cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date, subject to the intermediary's own conditions.
After these deadlines, and in the event of a no-show or early departure, the conditions of the rate booked, stated in the confirmation, apply. Rates presented as non-refundable give rise to no refund.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date. Only the cancellation conditions above apply.
Check-in and check-out times are stated in the booking confirmation. The Maison du Collectionneur is a historic private mansion: its rooms are reached only by stairs and are not accessible to wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility. We invite any guest concerned to contact us before booking. The Maison du Collectionneur is a non-smoking establishment. Pets are accepted only on prior written request and with our agreement, for a supplement of 25 euros per pet per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms, furniture and works of art during their stay.
Gift vouchers are sold online and sent by email. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase, subject to availability, and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
Any complaint may be sent to bienvenue@maison-du-collectionneur.com. If no satisfactory answer is received within two months, consumer guests may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the establishment belongs: Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV), BP 80303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, France, www.mtv.travel. The referral must be made within one year of the written complaint.
