What our guests ask us most often. For anything else, a call or an email is all it takes.

Access
The street is pedestrian, but contact us before you arrive: we can let your car in. Drop your luggage at the door, then park at the Mignet or Carnot car park, a few minutes' walk away.
The house is a historic private mansion reached only by stairs: there is no lift. Unfortunately, the rooms are not accessible to guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. For all our guests, we gladly carry luggage up to the rooms.
Shuttle or taxi, about twenty minutes. From Marseille-Provence airport, allow thirty minutes.
Booking
Bookings made directly (on our website, by phone or by email) can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. Bookings made through an agency or a booking platform can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. After that, the conditions of your rate apply (see our terms of sale).
Because our best conditions are always kept for those who book with the house — and because we get to talk before you arrive.
